I tend to be " all or nothing " too - if I don't have an hour or at least 45 minutes I tend to think it isn't " worth it " to do less - however, I do need to remind myself that 15 minutes of exercise is better than 15 min of sitting around, right! I also think that doing shorter more intense workouts is a great idea - sometimes you just don't have an hour and you can definately get something good done in 30 minutes - plus it is more variety for your body - so it keeps it guessing.
