AM - walk 50 mins

PM - leslie sansone '1 mile jog' and keli roberts 'step it

strong:slow/heavy full body' (did the jog on the rebounder and had

doms for 2 days from keli's workout... felt that the 'full body'

description of this workout was misleading, but it was still good...

i enjoyed using heavier dumbells for a change).
