Thanks for the information you're passing on about how hard it is to

unsub. Many have told me that, but none posted the facts here before.

I also got that email and was wondering who and what it was all

about.............it seemed like a great site from her description but then when

i got on to look thru it all, i realized it wasnt for me.......

glad to have clarification on who it was from~

While we do what we can to protect our list members, it is sad that we

cannot totally help the rantings of unscrupulous individuals!

As the owner of a large list myself, and knowing this individual as

I think you misunderstand the definition of spam. I was not selling anything in

my post apologizing for Ruth Ruane's spam - she was selling her website and

using the group's stolen email.

If you are in any way unhappy with the way I moderate this group or look out for

the group member's privacy, you are free to leave, I would not want anyone who

felt spammed by me to stay. All those who complained about the spam have

remained members, and thanked me for my efforts in stopping her, so I guess your

email was a first, too.

I note that you are a repeat customer of mine, so I will remove your name from

my (infrequently-sent) newsletter list so that you don't view that as spam.

to make out lists productive, friendly places, but we have found we need

Thanks for the assist, Patty. This poster was active until about a year

ago, and now she is aligned with Ruth Ruane and e Crane, so that

goes to the intent of the comment she made, I guess. It would be lovely

if we could rid the group of such negative energy. We only had two

incidents of negative energy in all the years preceding the Ruth/e

mess - when Camasi stole the email list (she's now buddies with

Ruth, too) and when the synth-loving perfumes stormed in insulting us.

This Ruane/Crane stuff is just going on too long! Scat - all of you,

LOL! I spent too many years devoting thousands - yes, thousands of

hours to this group to have their ugliness keep rearing its head? No way.
