Wednesday workout

This evening I did Slim & Lean. Boy am I glad this workout is done!!!

I couldn't really go heavier this week, but on a couple I did.

warm up - 8's (up a pound from last time)squats - 12'slunges - 12'schest press -15's (up 3 lbs from last time) bent leg dead + row - 15's pushups - kneesrotator - 5 lbtriceps dips- ( replaced these with lying triceps extensions using 8's)french press 12's (continued with the lying triceps extensions using 8's- I was on fire at this point)biceps - 10'sone leg squatsPlie Squats- 10'soverhead press- 7's (up 2 lbs from last time)lateral raise- 7's (up 2 lbs from last time)

not too bad for a gal with no sleep lol
