Guest guest
Phewy... literally just walked in from my workout this morning and can I just tell you that I think this was the first day since I started this challenge two weeks ago that I actually felt like I HIT my high spots?!?!? I did both upper body and cardio today.... and this is the first time also I think my weights actually took about 40 minutes (supposed to take 45, but I sometimes don't wait the required time out but I " m getting better). :-) I felt the burn on all my high points for weights... in fact I don't think I could finish any of the reps except on my reverse grip pulldowns. Then cardio... I didn't do it exactly right... I did it 20 minutes, but I did it in a way I can increase my intensity each time and get it down pat. I did eliptical, and I followed the book's intensity level (wrote it in my book, 5, 6, etc. etc.) and on those minutes I was to have intensity 6 - I raised my resistence one notch, and so on and so forth. :-) It was a very good workout... *Pat on back* Pretty proud of myself... I just have to keep this momentum going! :-) Anyways.. had to report to someone how good I feel... and I know I'll be feeling my upper body workout later today/tomorrow ha ha :-) YAH! --------------------------------- Messenger with Voice.
