where to find aerobic weight sets, for stuff like Jari's Slim and Lean

Finally found a lightweight barbell by looking at cathe.com

Apparently the key words are aerobic weight sets, and then it seemed

like I was finding a bunch of lightweight barbells. But I already

had the plates (50lb plate set c9 by champion on clearance at Target

for $30, really nice with the handgrips in the middle to use as

dumbells, rubber edges, and they are a hexagon shape so they won't

roll).

Troy Barbell makes a lite workout set.
