weekly check-in aug 19-25

hiya!

here is my check-in for this week:

sun aug 19 - 25 minute bike ride with the dog

mon aug 20 - nothing...ugh!

tue aug 21 - 30 min walk with the dog

wed aug 22 - 50 min walk with the dog (258 cals burned)

thu aug 23 - walk 45 mins with dog plus winsor max burn cardio (398

cals burned)

fri aug 24 - walk 50 mins with dog plus moved field rocks for 2 hours

sat aug 25 - walk dog 20 mins in AM, walk dog 60 mins in PM (297

cals in PM)

so... lots of walking again this week, but still not enough workouts

in the first part of the week. the last 4 days were acceptable

though.

this morning (sun aug 26) i attempted to run my dog while i was

riding my bike. normally he seems to enjoy this, however after a

short warmup, he was running and when i slowed him down for a rest

interval he started barfing :( a sign of over-heating i think. so

i let him stand and rest for about 5 mins and then jogged him back

home where he could lay in the cool grass for a while. also he

wont eat his wet canned food this morning (i give him a little bit

of this after exercising). even hours later he is still laying

around... i hope that he is going to be ok. will find out when we

do the evening walk tonight - he is normally really bouncy at night.

i think that i will have to refrain from running him the morning

and leave that for late evenings.... just doing the walking in the

morning instead.
