Guest guest
what i like most about bfl is that it can be done on a budget and doesn't require a lot of store bought stuff unless you want to for convenience. i eat the same foods i cook for my family and the workouts take hardly no time. occasionally i'll have a protein shake but that is only when i dont have time to prepare meals. Guest guest
It's true,i've found that making out a meal plan for myself and grocery shopping from that has saved us a ton of money and there is no wasting food like there was when i'd buy a ton of lean cuisines and neverwant toeat them. > > what i like most about bfl is that it can be done on a budget and > doesn't require a lot of store bought stuff unless you want to for > convenience. i eat the same foods i cook for my family and the > workouts take hardly no time. occasionally i'll have a protein shake > but that is only when i dont have time to prepare meals. >
Guest guest
I love this about BFL, too! I personally have never used the BFL products, but do like Bally's Soy Protein and use it to boost my protein intake. It's cheap, though(only $9.99 per container). Being a vegan, I use a local Vietnamese grocery store a lot. They stock great Asian products for inexpensive prices. It's $.85 for a 14 oz. pkg. of tofu(this costs $1.99 or more at the regular grocery/health food store). I also love TVP, which is dirt cheap when bought in bulk. Plus, there are unusual vegetables to play around with, so I don't get too bored with what I'm eating. I'm looking forward to farmer's markets this summer, so I can eat yummy fresh vegetables 'til I pop! Angie *jazzed today cuz I'm only 136, down from 143* ;-) > > what i like most about bfl is that it can be done on a budget and > doesn't require a lot of store bought stuff unless you want to for > convenience. i eat the same foods i cook for my family and the > workouts take hardly no time. occasionally i'll have a protein shake > but that is only when i dont have time to prepare meals. >
