I went to the Polar web site and there is so much crap you have to go through. They want you to send your credit card # along with the entire watch strap and sales receipt (which I don't have) They want the credit card # and want you to give them an advanced amount of $75 "in case" they need to use it... otherwise it would be just the cost of the battery and shipping. Forget that! they aren't getting no advanced money of ANY kind. I'll just have to buy another one when it quits. I'll just buy a cheap one or something.
