Guest guest Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 Hi Dont know if any of you can help but I visited a special needs school and they used a certain system for helping grasp the concept of maths rather than just rote, I remember it had large discs (beads, pegs) that slotted in to special boards like the picture ones you see in toy shops and I am sure it begins with M, but it was a long time ago and seemed ages until Joe would be needing them, so the memory has let it slip!!!
