I've been going 100 miles an hour for a year and have had better results with LESS exercise. I was, admittedly, doing Bob Greene's Boot Camp Advanced. 12 months cardio bunny with a loss of 6% body fat. 3 months BFL less cardio bunny with another loss of 6% body fat. But here's the kicker...my energy levels are SO evened out by eating this way-that even with a cold and my period this week, I havent had cravings for junk.
