Cute poem.

You say you have trouble completing things...well, you know what? 12

weeks are going to pass no matter how you live through them. So, even

if you go way off track and back to your old habits, you will complete

this challenge...you just won't have the resutls you had hoped for.

Now that you have that out of the way, you can just relax and

concentrate on each day as it comes. Make each choice consceously (I

CANT spell!) and take responsibility for them. Then, when 12 weeks

have passed you can say " I've completed a challenge, I've learned

things about myself and my relationship to my body, and I'm happy with

that " ...and your good results will be a side effect of that increased

selfknowled.
