Guest guest
Today was day 1 of my latest " challenge. " It went pretty well and I'm feeling pretty motivated too. I did UBWO, and it was a little hit or miss finding how much weight I needed to hit my 10s. And I'm erring on the side of too little,so as not to reaggravate my shoulder. So anyway, as I'd get to that 12th rep and I could continue (not working to failure), I would add a few more reps and really slow it down to increase the challenge. Does anyone think this is a bad idea? I realize, though, next time I should be more on target since I know what weights were not enough. Just wondering. Thanks. Candace PS--lots of good posts today.
