Carolyn - cant get it together this summer

That is GREAT, Carolyn! The finish line is near, you

can make it.

Oh, I do think it is great that you've gotten so much

outdoor exercise this summer and I'm sure that you

haven't lost any ground with your " formal " workouts.

You have been active all summer long so give yourself

lots of credit and pats on the back for that!

I know " mentally " it isn't the same as a good sweat on

the elipitical or with a favorite video, but it is

still excellent!

Hang in there!

And, I think your plan of dog walking and a video

workout sound great. I'm sure your dog appreciates

and loves the time he gets to go outside with you. He

must have some pretty high endurance - I smiled at

your idea of a backpack or having him pull things, I

guess that is what he is made for - so go for it!
