Guest guest
Hi all. Yesterday my husband and I set out for a walk in a bit of drizzle, which soon turned into a downpour. Good thing it was warm - we were a little uncomfortable, but not cold. So that ended up being only 20 minutes (but we were moving pretty quickly on the way back!). Came home and did the 10 Minute Solution Pilates toning for legs and the stretch. Today was a nicer day, so we were out for 38 minutes. Down the trail steps, along the gravel path behind the grain elevators (lots of butterflies back there!), down around the old train station at the beach, up the beach hill and along the neighbour sidewalks to home. I can feel the hill in my legs and backside! My Polar F6 heart rate monitor has been acting up for a couple of months now, and lately it has refused to behave at all. We finally took it into the city this afternoon to have SportChek send it out for repairs/replacement. I'm going to miss it for the week or two it'll be gone. I'm sure I'll feel naked exercising without it, since I've worn it for every workout since Christmas. in getting hot and humid Ontario No virus found in this outgoing message.
