Hi ,

I probably could suck it up and do cardio on Sunday to

keep us all on the same schedule. Since I plan to

rotate kickboxing, step, floor cardio and treadmill

(maybe even throw in the stationary bike since it is

just sittin' there collecting dust!) I'll just pick

the least " dreadful " thing to do on Sunday.

The first week though, I'm going to workout on

Saturday and then skip Sunday since we'll be out of

town for an overnight trip. I'll pick back up on

Monday, I'm guessing with the Original Ripped workout

- right?
