Guest guest
Hi , I probably could suck it up and do cardio on Sunday to keep us all on the same schedule. Since I plan to rotate kickboxing, step, floor cardio and treadmill (maybe even throw in the stationary bike since it is just sittin' there collecting dust!) I'll just pick the least " dreadful " thing to do on Sunday. The first week though, I'm going to workout on Saturday and then skip Sunday since we'll be out of town for an overnight trip. I'll pick back up on Monday, I'm guessing with the Original Ripped workout - right? Take care! Donna --- fitgrl222@... wrote: > > In a message dated 8/26/2007 8:51:00 A.M.
