Guest guest Posted August 6, 2007 Report Share Posted August 6, 2007 Jen's exercise for Monday 8/6/07 Today I went to my pool (really it's the townhouse pool) and I put on my fins and went back and forth just kicking my legs then I did it 10 more times this time backwards and in a bicycle type movement. After that I practiced my swimming strokes. Total time for this was 1 hour! When I got home my mom told me that my friend wanted me to sub on her 4's sand volleyball team tonight at 6:30pm...it was about 6:20/25 when I got home. I called her and told her that I could be there but that I would be late...she said to come anyway. I ended up missing the first game but played in the other 3 games. I had a BLAST! She asked me to sub again next Monday. We also played 2 games of 3 vs. 3 which was fun too. Total volleyball time - 90 minutes. Total exercise time: 2 and 1/2 hours!!!
