Guest guest
Hi, I just returned home from being in the Outter Banks of NC for 8 days. We stayed in Nags Head. I was not sick one time there except when I ate some bad sandwich meat (we did not know the small frig in the hotel did not work). I even got over that little stomach up-set in a few hours. When we left for the Outter Banks, I was very sick. I felt as if I had a bad case of flu, which is common for me. I thought my vacation was going to be messed up because of this. I started getting better the closer we got to the coast. I spent my whole vacation walking countless miles on the beaches and was not sick one time! When we were on our way back home, right before we hit Charlotte, NC, I started getting sick again. I am very sick now. I live in , SC. I have seen articles that /Greenville and Spartanburg is like number 4 in the top 10 worse places to live for those with allergies and bad immune systems because of allergens. I also once read between Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, Ga is very bad area for those with allergies. I know the great light from the sun was great for my health as well as the clean ocean air. I think I will check out these light articles and see about getting one! I am going to move too...the problem is, right now I have an elderly mother who requires much care...moving her away with me is out of the question because I have 4 other family members who will never go along with that..but I know I am not much good for her sick too. Just a bad situation here! > > > > > > > > > > I have read how mold spores release mycotoxins after they get > > in > > > > your > > > > > body and become activated by moisture and warmth.and darkness > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
