Hello ,

I thought I should let you know that my son has had seizures. I

thought they had stopped, but now they've started again. No doctor

has described them as seizures yet, but if they are something else I

cannot figure out what. Andy Cutler responded at a-m to my post

about my son's lack of progress. He suggested that seizures might be

playing a big role in that and that I should consider a trial of anti-

seizure medications.

I would dearly like to know the reason my son hasn't progressed much

at all in two years, but I really don't want the answer to be

seizures. I really do believe that at least a part of my son's

energy level problems are a reflection of his nutritional levels. He

was very low in aminos and some specific pieces (like AKA) were

almost non-existant, disrupting the cycles. Also, I should mention,

that I believe that somehow my son's seizures are viral-related, at

least in part. Both times we have seen the visible seizures start we

were using anti-virals. I also know his adrenals are struggling, and

it makes sense to me that his feeling overwhelmed by the smallest

things contributes to his need to zone out.

I will soon be getting my son an EEG and if I find anything that

relates to this thread, I'll be sure to post it here.

I'm not sure if anything of this might relate to what you're seeing

, but I thought I'd share it.
