Taking the breaks makes the workout longer so its kind of tough to get more than a couple body parts in. This triceps workout alone was 35 minutes. I had just about that amount of time to get it done so my breaks weren't as long as I had liked. With PS she goes a lot faster then what I could with the weights I was using. So I had to just go at my own pace for most of the exercises. For PUB I was happy that I only took a couple breaks and was able to still use the weights I did which is a huge jump from what I was using. I can really feel how much stronger I've gotten and its all thanks to the breaks and going heavier. Here is how it went: Pure Strength: Triceps press- 20 lb ( 3 sets- 12 reps) Lying extensions- 12 lbs ( 2 sets- 12 reps) cross body kickbacks- 12 lbs ( 2 sets- 12 reps) lying extensions- 12 lb ( 1 set- 12 reps) dips ( 2 sets) Pyramid Upper Body: kickbacks 5/8/10 seated overhead press-15/20/25 My triceps are nice and toasted!!!
