Mandi I just got around to doing this and I must say it is VERY VERY

helpful. Thank you so much :-). There were a number of the

interpretation papers that I printed out that will prove helpful. I

also managed to find this other paper on my own. I'm not sure it

adds anything to what you provided (as my head is still spinning) but
