Guest guest
'K guys, this sounds a bit snippy here - we're all just sharing information, so play nice. Hooper's folks are building his website, and I see the price list for tests isn't up at this point (was previously available, and I'm sure will be again...) http://www.realtimelab.com/index.htm Yeah, I believe he and Dr. Rea are pretty tight, so I would suspect the clinic has a good portion of its testing done there - Dr. Rea brought Dr. Hooper to Dallas to work with him, I believe. These are good folks, the real deal, and performing the testing is expensive for them, so it's reflected in the price. They can be as comprehensive as most folks need. I've gotten to know Dr. H. pretty well over the last couple years, and he knows his stuff. He has a journal article out for publication now on a death from trichothecene - I'll advise when it's available. I spent a good six months trying to find someone, ANYONE, to do what he's done for us, and he's been a champ. It is unlikely that Dr. Croft's $100 test is comprehensive for myriad mycotoxins. RealTime Labs probably is able to offer a wider array of testing. And, yes, they do send out to other places to get verification - as anyone who's been at this game for awhile knows, the replication of testing which isn't always considered standard helps the results to stand up in court. RealTime has withstood all of its credentialling, to the best of my knowledge, and should be well received in courts - will let y'all know if our experience is other than that. I don't know about the urine testing in that regard, but the ELISA testing should stand on its own. ~Haley bbw <barb1283@...> wrote: Leigh, This is really unimportant to the topic. I was just telling person where she can get urine test for one hundred dollars for mycotoxins and that is Dr Croft. Someone thought that was too cheap for valid mycotoxin test, so I mentioned he is/was used by Dr Rea to validate his competence in spite of inexpensive price. Whether he is doing them now or not isn't important. However, since it has become a topic at the moment, hopefully short one, I just talked to the Center just a couple of weeks ago regarding an appointment for myself and a test I wanted and she said he would sent that out to be done and so I should not expect results to be available while I am there, so all tests are not done there. So if Hooper, whoever he is, is at the center, then he does not do all the testing. Mycotoxin urine test many people have taken for one hundred dollars is done by Dr Croft in Wisconsin, at address already posted. If Dr Rea doesn't use him now, he used to. He also does mycotoxin testing for WI allergy clinic many go to. I just don't think the test is that helpful in that you do not know if mycotoxins you have are from old exposure or new one since they hang around so long. However if you want to know, it easy to have done. No prescription is required. He is a research phd in mycotoxicology and other fungal related things. --- Leigh McCall-Alton <mccallalton@...> wrote: > lately, it is hooper. > > bbw <barb1283@...> wrote: > Hi Leigh, I don't know for > certain but Dr Croft > just does certain types of tests.
