Working out when sick...

Besides not being considerate to those who are at the gym and passing germs (ha

ha, which is probably how I got this stupid cold in the first place!).... is

there any other reason why working out isn't the best thing to do when sick?

I've read somewhere that it actually can help kick the cold... and other places

say just stay home and rest. Just curious if I should be curling up on the couch

or kicking my butt so I get to the gym... :-)
