Small bowls are a good idea. I have a bunch of kids bowls and plates

with Scooby Doo, Batman, Flipper, and Buzz Lightyear. They make me

smile, and they insure that I don't get carried away with the

portions. I tend to want to fill up whatever bowl or plate I'm eating

from so it's important that I keep them safely small.

> I bought smaller cereal bowls the other day... the ones i used to have were

rather large... and I made a huge step by buying smaller ones so that I can FILL

THEM UP (they are only 12 oz big) or almost fill up and make it look like a lot

larger meal and not feel like I'm starving myself. :-) I told my husband he

can't use the smaller bowls - I bought 4 - that way I'm not even tempted to use

the large bowls, hehe.
