Wednesday morning yoga/shoulders

This morning I did Yoga Shakti (Sun Salutations Part 1- Surya A & B) then did Slow & Heavy shoulders. Love using yoga as a warm up for weights.

Front Raise- 10 lb- (3 sets)- 12 reps

Side lateral- 12 lb ( 1 set) 10 lb ( 2 sets) 12 reps

Posterier Delt raise- 8 lb ( 2 sets) 7 lb ( 1 set) slow counts (up 6 down 2) 8 reps

Seated overhead press- 17 lb ( 2 sets) 12 reps. I am still having a really hard time with these. Anyone else notice this exercise being really hard? I feel like I can't go up in weight at all. In fact, I dropped a pound from last time. I made it through this time without having to stop, but man I really fought for those last couple reps.

lying side hinge- 5 lb slow counts up 6 down 2 ( 3 sets) 8 reps.

Another hot one today. I'm off to get my kids walked before the heat really sets in. They say it will hit 90 by 8 am so we're outta here.
