Hi Everyone,

I did a " marathon " SS EX session today - I did Cardio

Sculpt, Core Cardio and 6 Min Abs. I didn't have time

for the 30 min stretch routine, but I did add some

extra stretching on my own.

I admit to being happy to see this rotation end. It

wasn't a bad plan, but I " m burned out on the workouts

and the dread factor for some is just too high. I

think if I do this rotation again, I'll mix it up more

with some non-SS workouts and perhaps more cardio.

Tomorrow I have a cardio routine schedule, not sure of

what I'll be doing - I'm looking to try something

fairly intense - so some contenders right now are:

Intense Moves w/ Gin

one of the IMAXes with Cathe

Kick, Punch and Crunch

or Cardio Kicks

or a Mindy Mylrea workout

I may do Intense Moves it has been awhile since I've

done that one and it is short enough to allow me some

extra stretching time.

Friday will be my last workout on this rotation - Tear

it Up is scheduled but I'm not sure if I'll do it or

make a substitution.

P.S. Although my legs aren't sore from Gilad, in doing

my workout today I can certainly feel that I " used "

them yesterday!
