Today I did chest. I did a combo of Pure Strength and Pyramid Upper Body.

Here's how it went:

PS-

pushups 2 sets of 12 (on my toes YAY)

Bench press- set 1- 40 lb

set 2 & 3- 45 lb

incline bench press- 1 set- 45 lb

incline dumb bell press- 1 set- 22 lb

inclined dumb bell fly- 1 set- 20 lb

inclined super set- 1 set- 20 lb

I basically had to go at my own pace with the reps. She goes way too fast for me, especially when I'm using a 45 lb bar bell and I think hers is 20.

this is the first time I've went this heavy for this workout. The only way I could do this was by taking breaks in-between. I don't think I took a full 1 minute break, probably more like 15 seconds. Those breaks really make the difference in how much weight I can do for each set, that's for sure.

I'm doing yoga this evening.
