CHEST: bench press- 23 lb ( 1 set) 22 lb ( 1 set) flies- 21 lb inclined bench press 22 lb inclined flies 20 lb BACK: one arm rows- 28 lb ( 2 sets) pullovers- 30 lb dead lifts- 25 lb supermans prone planks supine planks I got a good burn.
