Monday workout

Hello everyone. I had a great visit with my sister and her family this weekend. We did walk around town a couple of times, but no real workout to speak of. Oh yeah, there was the climb up 144 steps to the top of an old lighthouse....my thighs are still sore, three days later!

My husband and I walked around town for 37 minutes today, then I did the Ballet leg workout and yoga from the 10 Minute Solution dvd. Lovely day, not too hot.
