Medical School and to be part of the rotations, he sold out in many

areas......Most alternative doctors that I know feel the same way. He rides

both sides

of the fence, but when push comes to shove he will go to the

dark side.....very disappointing I must admit....

I am of the same opinion. Dr. Weil has become the recognized mainstream

guru of 'alternative medicine', as I understand it. I think he probably

started

out with a noble message. But now, I just think he has a persona to protect

and is cautious to the point of being detrimental of many when he

consistantly regurgitates his same ole schtick. Aka, he is the cool guy who

says fresh

vegetables, exercise and fresh air are good. Advancements in science

instigated by Dr. Weil, I don't think so. He is boring. He has become merely

a

cartoon character, in my humble opinion. Ya know, the cool ole dude with a

beard and a bald head who promotes what every mother in the world has known

since the beginning of time.... but he generates much money from promoting the

given. Dude, science is way past the 70's. It is my personal opinion that he

pretty much sucks at promoting true, innovative and state of the art science.

I see him more as merely a revenue center. So sad. Think he started out

with the right heart and goal in mind.
