Thanks Felicity,

I have done as you have suggested in the past. I have either stuck with

yoga and weights, skipping cardio or yoga and cardio, skipping weights. I

find that the cardio is as much for my mood and stamina as it is for fat

loss. I want to incorporate all three maybe just not the H.I.I.T.....
