Guest guest Posted August 8, 2007 Report Share Posted August 8, 2007 WOW and WOW WOW!! This sounds like a killer workout! Way to go to you Kassia for getting through it as well as you did! WOW!!! (who laughed out loud at 's remarks, not that your backside is anything to laugh about, just that amuses me so much) has anybody seen my backside b/c i think it fell off during the overall legs premix of butts and guts. while there are many exercises in this workout and its premixes for overall legs the focus is for glute/hamstring and core muscles. this is a no joke workout, and WORKout you will. the overall premix starts with the ball warm up and moves into bonus segments sit and stand/leg presses. OUCHIE if anybody has done sit and stands period you know this is a tough exercise but cathe just has to add the slow motion down and a hold before coming up. mixed in this mish mosh of the orginal workout were the walking lunges with adding in plies and plie jump squats at the end of the set before doing it all over again. the now in the infamous cathe exercise hall of fame low pulse lunges. low and you pulse slow-this is a killer workout, one leg squats,glute tucks on the step,inner/outer thighs, and back to jane fonda hydrants,with cathes twists of pulsing. she uses ankles weights for most of the floor work but i didn't even attempt. after all the standing work i didn't think i would keep good form with them. this was the first time i have ever reach failure without weights/tubes/or bands. the only thing is that this premix didn't include the firewalkers everybody was raving about so i added the segment 2times. once using the band like she does which i can see how this is very effective, the second time i used my cufffed tubing. while both work-the band is more effective for getting a good burn. i would have to increase range of motion or get a heavier tube if iw ere to use the cuffed tubing. i will just have to put a band aside just for this b/c i hate the idea of tying of my bands then trying to use them for other workouts.i am afraid it might do damage. this will defiently solve any sagging butts issues!!! have a great day kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better Heartthrob.
