One needs a scale with .01-gram precision. Then you can take

volumetric recipes and convert them to weight. I recommend

oldwillknottscales. com (I got one with .005-gram resolution and 100-

gram max load for $135). They've got a wide selection and great

prices. You want to look in the precision/lab scales section. Careful

in choosing because you need an accurate scale but also one that has

a decent max capacity.
