Hi , I agree with what Donna said - you can't spot reduce. She will initially need to lose weight and body fat by doing lots of low impact cardio while strength training to get rid of that tummy. Of course, doing a daily abdominal routine is excellent, will get her to that goal more quickly, and does help hold everything in together in a little better. To lose body fat I would recommend to her what you've been doing all along - Sansone workouts! Great for any age, any level. Bike riding is another great cardio workout that's easy on the joints for the most part. HTH!
