Is it possible for you to open a files section which would

contain our various reports of LEA incompetence all the way through to Tribunal.

I will then get it to the attention of people at the NAS, and to the Tory Commission on SEN.

As Margaret sensibly suggests, IPSEA is also a good route to

consider.

Therefore it would make sense for Margaret to take that

route if she is able, and to send the reports on to IPSEA.

For once in my life I am going to be realistic about what I can

take on. My youngest child is still only one.

One way or another, at least people who are opinion formers

and law makers, both actual and potential will have this information and start

to be aware of how bad things are. That bad practice is not just common, it is absolutely

routine, and unnecessary, financially ruinous and

adversarial Tribunals are the rule and not the exception.

Feeling very motivated by this one. Enough is enough.
