Wednesday morning shoulders

This morning I decided to do Gym Style Shoulders. I'm going to do the premix for GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps and do the back and biceps premix tomorrow. Not sure why she didn't include shoulder work. She does on the timesaver premix, but the back and biceps is similar to the supersets in chest and triceps. Anyway, here is the run down....

Seated overhead press- 18 lb ( 3 sets) still very tough even this being the first exercise

standing lateral raise- 13 lb ( 2 sets)

standing lateral raise- In place of band work - 6 lb

Front raise- in place of band work- 6 lb

dumb bell rear flies- 10 lb ( 2 sets)

rear flies- in place of band work- 3 lb

I got a really nice burn. I'm already feeling sore in my legs from Kest last night. I think next month I'm going to be including all my Kest workouts.

I'm doing cardio this evening, just not sure what yet.
