Carolyn - PHH Workouts

Mine too! I think I have the Last Hurrah rotation we

did written down somewhere....I'll see if I can dig it

up, too.

In a way I feel bad about neglecting my virgin pile

but it is good to re-visit some " older " workouts once

in awhile, too! And, so far so good on the no-buying

challenge - I have compiled quite a list of what I

would like to acquire though - I will pace myself on

it once our no-buying is lifted.

I may start the PHH rotation on the 4th, I don't know

if I'll be able to exercise on the 5th (DD's birthday

party is the day before and I " m sure that will wipe me

out - plus DH has mentioned having my mom visit and

stay over on the night of the 4th so we can go out to

a movie and dinner- I think we last did that about a

year and a half to two years ago!). I figure I'll do

whatever " focus " is on for that week and then you can

do that " focus " on the week I'm out of town and then

we'll get caught up with each other!

Once DD wakes up - she is taking a rare nap - I think

vacation bible school wiped her out this week. It was

every day from 9-11:30 - that is the same schedule

she'll have for pre-school. I'm not sure if it isn't

too much for her - or maybe that is a good thing -

more sleep = more free time for me! Anyway, once

she wakes up I think I " m going to take her to the

bookstore to see if I can find the Petrone ball kit.

I was looking at it on Amazon and I really think it

will help.
