Working out at home

Do any of you work out at home instead of a gym? I am looking for

some advice on the exercises in BFL...we have a treadmill, so I am

fine with cardio HITT. And we have multiple dumbells (5-50 lbs). The

upper body workouts are fine, but the lower body is giving me some

trouble. There is only one exercise with dumbells for quads (squats)

(which by the way I feel more in my glutes and hamstrings, does anyone

else experience this?) given in BFL...does anyone have any other

suggestions for quads? So far I have just been doing a sumo-squat as

my second exercise. We also have two exercise balls (one medium and

one large). Any help is appreciated.
