Your GP gets paid about £20 PER YEAR to provide 24 hour servioce 365 days per year - if they didn;t get paid for the extras how long do you think they would be GP's?

NOthing chanbged accept THEY HAVE to see a certain number and COLLECT DATA for the givernemnt (very cheap in those terms) to get paid at all.

Sure wish the press would get a handle on this - its so misleading.

GP's actually hate this as a way to be paid
