Guest guest Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 This evening I made up a little mish mosh workout. It was much harder than I thought it would be, but man was it fun!!! Here is what I did: Low Max- warm up & blast only premix ( my legs were super tired just after this part) Drill Max- lower body- Squats w/curl ( 10 lb) plie squats w/jumps ( these are hard) ( 10 Ib) lunges (used 10 lb weights in place of the ball and my quads were on fire.) fire walkers walking lunges ( used 10 lb weights here and didn't do any of the arm movements) Gym Style- Calves High Step Challenge- calves and stretch (I'm a calve kinda girl) I burned 402 calories.
