Guest guest
I agree - there was good stuff to think about here. I find it noteworthy that women have so many food issues - and historically, we've been responsible for providing the family's food! For years I've thought about this - who am I to be responsible for feeding my kids, when clearly I didn't have my act together about food. Vicious cycle. But then I realized I was doing ok - it was " do as I say, not as I do " - I took better care of them than I took of myself. And now, I take good care of myself too. So I think this is true for other families too - perhaps the vicious cycle is breaking. Look how many moms are doing BFL and changing the way families eat... it's good stuff. n At 05:10 AM 4/15/2006, you wrote: >I don't think it sounded like a lecture; I think it had some very >thoughtful information in it. > >This is such an interesting topic to me because I've long wondered >why women have so many more food issues than men.
