Kinda a haphazard one, but I THINK it may be working? Here are the rough estimates: M-1400 T-1200 W-1400 Th-1200 Fr-2100 Sa-2100 Su-1600 Anyhow, some days I amy go over a bit... but I have been gdoing this for a few weeks and I SWEAR I have noticed some definition in my waist that wasn't there before!
