Hi Kassia,

I hope your foot feels better soon - just baby it. I

know people who have had plantar fasciatis (sp?) and

it isn't pretty!

I like Yoga Fire, I haven't done yoga in so long

though I'm sure this one would kill me.

Take care,

Donna

hi kassia - sorry to hear this.... i can feel your pain. it

helps to do foot stretches before you get out of bed in the morning.

if i dont do that, then the first step out of bed is hard. not

painful really, but my feet are always tender first thing and i walk

funny...lol. ive put it off for some years now, but it is finally

time for me to drop some serious money on new workout shoes -- im

thinking of trying ryka, perhaps. your foot will feel better,

you know what to do and are doing the right things. how are your

shoes (not just workout shoes, but any others that you wear around.

summer sandals are killers for my feet :/ )

:*carolyn.

i admit i wear flip flops alot usually if i make a run to the store if i am coming over here to my mom's to do laundry. when i go places with viola like park/zoo/etc i usually wear sneakers. i have several pair of converse rip offs i got from target LOL and i use an old pair of workout shoes(new balance) to go places like the zoo and stuff that way i don't care if they get dirty.in the winter i will wear my sneakers or dr. marten boots. i got a new pair of workout shoes a few months ago from ross. they are avia's crosstrainers, but maybe i need to add an extra cushion layer. i do live on the bottom floor apartment and underneath the plywood floors is concrete so i should consider. i really need to keep up on the stretching. i am so focused on core and shoulders that i totally neglect those little muscles liek calves and ankles. kassiaFestival City Concrete/ & Carolyn Visser
