Guest guest
With a Tanita, the downward trend is all you're looking for because the numbers themselves can be pretty flaky. It sounds like you're doing great. Congratulations on the drop in body fat percentage. That's where it's at. :-) On 4/13/06, Elise <ewhite723@...> wrote: > OK - just got my results for the month. Guest guest
I lost 5.4 pounds of fat and gained 2.2 pounds of lean mass so the scale hardly moved. > > How much scale weight did you lose? > > > Rate of Progress > > > > OK - just got my results for the month. Guest guest
That sounds like you are right on track!!! Remember, I know you've heard it a million times, but you want to lose between .5-2 pounds of FAT each week... So for your results, that's over one pound of fat loss per week, PLUS a gain of about .5 a pound of muscle a week. That great!!! Rate of Progress >> >> >> > OK - just got my results for the month.
