How much scale weight did you lose?

With a Tanita, the downward trend is all you're looking for because

the numbers themselves can be pretty flaky. It sounds like you're

doing great. Congratulations on the drop in body fat percentage.

That's where it's at. :-)

I lost 5.4 pounds of fat and gained 2.2 pounds of lean mass so the

scale hardly moved.

That sounds like you are right on track!!! Remember, I know you've heard it

a million times, but you want to lose between .5-2 pounds of FAT each

week... So for your results, that's over one pound of fat loss per week,

PLUS a gain of about .5 a pound of muscle a week. That great!!!
