What I would like to be able to do is ring a radio news desk in (say) the West Mids and say "there is this conference etc here are the details AND HERE IS A LOCAL EXAMPLE to discuss it with etc" This would be early in the new year. If it works, the local example would be rung up and interviewed, probably down the telephone line and her interview broadcast. Regional papers should pick it up. That would mean a photo and and interview. Shouldn't be at all hostile. If the interviewed person attacks anyone (like their GP, the NHS or the NAS) then that group/person will get a right of reply. If they attack vaccination they will probably get binned. But if the interviewed person says "We do this it's really wonderful and it works" then their opinion should go out neat.
