I freaked out... if i eat ONE portion (palm size) of protein it is about that amount alreay (i weigh 142)... times 6 and it looks like I'm heading for obesity! she also suggest taking 3-5g of creatine 3 times a day... SHaaaaIT! I felt so good this morning when i got out of bed and had my hand on my quad... geez gals - its HARD! No the fat must melt off this ass so i can feel its nutcracker potential too.
