'When we have our body and mind in order, everything else will

exist in the right place, in the right way. But usually, without

being aware of it, we try to change something other than

ourselves, we try to order things outside us. But it is

impossible to organize things if you yourself are not in order.

When you do things in the right way, at the right time,

everything else will be organized.'

-- Shunryu Suzuki, Japanese Zen Master

Oh, I love that quote. I need to read that every day, and I'm going

to put it in my planner. I believe I am a real-life example of that

idea...

That¹s excellent Felicity! Since I¹ve been doing this my focus has been so

much better in every area of my life. It¹s like a magical key. Thanks for

sharing that :)

I have a quote in front of me that my business coach sent me:

When you make it your goal to create the perfect relationship between you

and your body, you are learning to have a perfect relationship with anyone

you are with, including your mother, your friends, your lover, your

children, your dog. - Don Ruiz
