Guest guest
Me again. Been advised to start the above. Can anyone please let me know which they think is more effective. Am tending towards cream as its like Noah's ark at bath time but if there is more good, documented research about the salts then will go for those. Any experiences, good or bad? Thanks again. Great news about your presentation, Jo. Cant wait to see it. Helen x
Guest guest
Both use the skin to get the Mg and SO4 in. Neither is " more effective " , it depends on the skin surface, the strength ogf the bath, the temperature, the length of the bathing- you might try both an see for yourself... some do both..
