Thursday evening workout

This evening I decided to do a workout that Cathe has on one of her rotations called "Leaner Legs Circuit" She has you doing 2 minutes of jogging or whatever for 2 minutes after each calve exercise. I like to follow a video so I changed this workout a little bit. Here is what I did:

Leaner Legs warm up

squats

dead lifts

calve raises

Imax- interval blast # 5

One leg squats

dead lifts

calve raises

Imax- Interval blast # 6

Squats

dead lifts

calve raises

Imax- Interval blast #9

Static lunges

plie squats

dead lifts

calve raises

abs ( on ball), stretch

I burned 290 calories. This wasn't as tough as I thought it would be, but I really felt the cardio in-between all that leg work.

Off to rest.
