Guest guest
Hello jeaninem660@..., In reference to your comment: thanks again angel, yes, was just telling my mom that I though b12 shots would help me. this would be much better. *******I do believe that Methylcobalamin has been around for quiet a few years, BUT no much credence was given to it.....I like it as I only have to take 1CC compared to 2CC's of the regular B12. Most alternative doctors give B12 for those of us with chronic illness. Like I said, I give myself 2 to 3 a week. I have found that I usually only have to take 2 a week compared to the 3 a week I always had to do before. I get the preservative free and keep in fridge.... Guest guest
Vitamin B12 - the non-methyl-variety, costs around $12/gram wholesale, (easily, a years supply) and is stable, (lasts for years) as long as it is kept dry. No need to buy more expensive types, just take a larger amount of the cheap variety...

Guest guest
Well, more power to ya, but I personally am against doing things in general, in any more complicated manner than need be. And given that injecting anything intoi the body is fraught with risks (indeed, even if those risks are often mitigated by modern technologies) I think its wise not to inject anything unless that is the only option. Also, its a (IMO) drain on peoples finances. (How many people here are selling things, I often wonder - IMO this list and others like it should not be used for 'viral marketing'.) B12 by injection may be medically necessary for some (a very few) people, but not for most of us - *and its I am sure, that route is far more expensive*. All those other nutrients are also orally active.. no need to inject them.. Unless you want to throw money away...
